A female Western University student was sent to hospital Friday morning after being hit by a car at the school's main gates.
London police say the woman was hit just before 10:30 a.m. this morning while crossing Western Road.
They say a southbound car swerved to go around another vehicle that was turning and hit the woman in the cross walk..
She was taken to University Hospital, but her injuries were not thought to be life threatening.
The crash is still under investigation.
