London Police are investigating a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian.
It took place around 5:30 a.m. Sunday on Gainsborough Road just west of Hyde Park Road.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital and is in critical condition.
The Traffic Management Reconstruction team has been called to continue the investigation.
Gainsborough Road was closed to traffic between Prince of Wales Gate and Denfield Road but has since re-opened.
The identity of the pedestrian is being withheld at this time.
