Provincial police have charged an Uber driver after an alleged incident of sexual assault.
On Dec. 4 around 1:45 a.m., OPP were called to investigate an alleged assault that took place by the driver on his 21-year-old female passenger.
Police arrested the man at the scene.
A 41-year-old London man has been charged with sexual assault and forcible confinement.
He has a court date Thursday.
