A London man has been charged with child pornography offences and a Centralia man is facing luring charges after separate searches headed by London police this week.

Officers executed a search warrant at a Beattie Avenue home in London’s east end on Thursday following a child pornography investigation that began in August.

As a result of the search 65-year-old Ronald Brockmeyer of London has been charged with four counts of possession of child pornography, three counts of making available child pornography and one count of accessing child pornography.

On Monday, with the help of Huron County OPP, London police searched a Centralia home following an Internet luring investigation that began in April.

Theodore Farr, 58, of Centralia has been charged with:

  • one count of telecommunication with person believed to be under 18 for a criminal purpose
  • four counts of telecommunication with person believed to be under 16 for a criminal purpose
  • two counts of make available sexually explicit material to person believed to be under 18 years for a criminal purpose
