He was treated in hospital for non-life threatening injuries and later released following the shooting around 1:30 a.m. Sunday.

Then around 11 p.m. on Sunday, police say two men from London were arrested outside and Empire Street address.

David William Calvert, 32, and David William Smith, 31, have been charged jointly with aggravated assault. Calvert is also facing a number of charges related to the possession of a firearm.
