Oxford County OPP have laid charges after a cab driver was assaulted in Ingersoll.
The incident happened in the early hours on Feb. 22 when a cab driver picked up a male and female at a residence on Ingersoll Street North.
Police say the ride ended when an assault occurred.
Tyler Lyttle, 28, of Woodstock is charged with assault and uttering threats.
Samantha Toellner, 19, of Woodstock is charged with obstructing justice.
The pair were both released on a promise to appear and are scheduled to return to court on April 15.
