A collision between a car and a transport truck Sunday injured three and forced the closure of Highway 401 east bound at Oxford Road 2, east of Woodstock.
OPP say it happened at 2:30 p.m. on the 401 between Oxford Road 22 and Oxford Road 29 and sent one person to hospital with life threatening injuries. Two other people suffered non-life threatening injuries.
An emergency detour was put in place.
The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation Unit and Blandford Blenheim Fire Service were also called to assist at the scene.
The collision remains under investigation.
