An Oxford County man is facing some serious charges following a sexual assault investigation.
Provincial police allege 62-year-old Tillsonburg resident Gary Fugard had an inappropriate encounter with a 10-year-old girl on May 17.
Fugard is charged with sexual Interference with a person under 16 years of age and sexual assault.
He was arrested without incident and held for a bail hearing on Sunday.
