Men from Ruthven, Strathroy and Ingersoll, Ont. have been charged after separate undercover investigations by OPP and local police.

Last Tuesday, OPP executed a search warrant at a Ruthven residence and seized a computer allegedly containing images of child sexual abuse.

As a result, 45-year-old Bradley Andrew Lanigan has been charged with two counts of possession of child pornography, accessing child pornography and making available child pornography.

Lanigan is set to appear in a Windsor court on October 30th.

On the same day, Strathroy police searched an area residence and seized a computer system that allegedly contained images of child sexual abuse.

Following the investigation, Jessie James Lowes, 25, of Strathroy was charged with three counts of possession of child pornography, two counts of making available child pornography and accessing child pornography.

He is scheduled to appear in court in London on October 17th.

Last Wednesday, police searched an Ingersoll residence and seized two computers that allegedly contained images of child sexual abuse.

Jahir Salas Vargas, 38, of Ingersoll was arrested as a result of the investigation and charged with three counts of possession of child pornography, two counts of making available child pornography and accessing child pornography

He was expected appear for a bail hearing on Tuesday at the court in Woodstock.

Officials say the investigation in all three cases is continuing.
