Snow squall warning in effect for London area
A snow squall warning is in effect for the London London-Middlesex, eastern Lambton, and southern Huron County.
Locally, there is the risk for heavy snowfall developing Tuesday night through Wednesday evening.
“We're seeing some steady streamers coming off the lake and they will become more localized and intensify as we head through the overnight,” said CTV London Meteorologist Julie Atchison.
One snow band moving through the area could lead to 5 to 10 cm of accumulation.
“Temperatures are on the cold side, well below normal and we're factoring in these wind chills through the evening, feeling like minus 13 to minus 15 and it's going to get even colder overnight,” said Atchison.

Thursday: A mix of sun and cloud with 40 per cent chance of flurries. High -3.
Friday: A mix of sun and cloud. High -3.
Saturday: A mix of sun and cloud. High -3.
Sunday: Cloudy with 30 per cent chance of flurries. High -4.
