LONDON, ONT. -- A wet and relatively mild day in advance of a cold front that is moving through.

Showers, heavy at times with a few embedded thunderstorms made for a wet Thursday.

A cold front will cross the area this evening, shifting the winds to the northwest.

This shift will bring in some cooler air, and temperatures will drop back to seasonal.  With the cool air moving in, you can expect mainly cloudy skies.

There will be a few lake effect scattered showers down wind of Lake Huron, Friday and Saturday.

Cool and unsettled this weekend, with the chance for light rain.
