St. Thomas police say an argument over rent resulted in a tenant pepper-spraying her landlord.
Police attended a south-end residence Saturday and arrested and charged a 31-year-old St. Thomas woman with possession of a prohibited weapon.
A 55-year-old Woodstock woman was charged with assault.
Both women were released with future court dates.
