Middlesex OPP have identified the male killed in a crash Friday outside of London.

OPP were called to Vanneck Road, south of Nairn Road around 4:30 p.m. Friday.

They say a Toyota car was travelling north on Vanneck Road, south of Nairn Road. It was crossing over the railway overpass when it travelled sideways and collided with a Dodge van travelling south.

The driver of the car has been identified as 18-year-old Jacob Black of Middlesex Centre.

The female driver of the van, 46-year-old from Southwest Middlesex, was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries and has since been discharged. She was the lone occupant of the van.
