Sarnia Police have charged a 19-year-old man after a masked robbery of a Sarnia convenience store.

Police say a man wearing a mask and carrying a knife entered a store in the area of Wellington and East Streets around 3 p.m. on Nov. 29.

Officers say he confronted the clerk with a knife and had the clerk hand over an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes. He was arrested a short time later.

Johnathan Jee-Duk Won faces charges of robbery, wearing a disguise with intent, weapons dangerous to the public and breaching his bail conditions.

He remains in custody and appears in court again on Thursday.
