The London police Explosives Disposal Unit closed a south end street Thursday morning as they investigated a suspicious package.
The package was discovered by a Bell crew working on Emery Street.
The Explosives Disposal Unit checked out the package and it was found to be a small camera device.
Police had closed Emery Street between Ridout Street and Belgrave Avenue, but the street has since reopened.
