The suspect in a double homicide is a convicted killer.

This is not the first time Cleveland has been in trouble.

In 2005, Jason Cleveland plead guilty to manslaughter in connection to the death of Rosario Mark Masotti.

Masotti's body was found in October of 2003 in a barn on Longwoods Road near Lambeth.

That's where Cleveland and Masotti had a joint auto detailing business.

Eventually a Canada-wide arrest warrant was issued for Cleveland.

Once before the court, Cleveland claimed self defence.

He hit Masotti over the head with a hammer, during a fight Cleveland claimed Masotti was the instigator.

He was sentenced to six years in prison for the crime.
