Snow squall watch for parts of Bruce and Grey County
Environment Canada has issued a snow squall watch for parts of midwestern Ontario, as an arctic cold front is expected in the region Tuesday night.
Areas included in the watch are; Saugeen Shores, Kincardine, southern Bruce County, Bruce Peninsula, Sauble Beach, Tobermory, Owen Sound, Blue Moutains, northern Grey County and areas to the east.
Forecasters say cold air and strong westerly winds over Lake Huron and Georgian Bay could cause snow squalls Wednesday morning through Thursday with the heaviest squalls bringing 10-15 cm of snow over 12 hours.
Reduced visibility is possible, but Environment Canada says the squalls mean conditions can very greatly within just a few kilometres.
