Ontario’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU) is probing an incident in Sarnia that left a man with a serious arm injury.
Police were called to an apartment on Devine Street around 7:00 p.m. Tuesday involving a disturbance with a 28-year-old man.
During the incident, more than one Taser was deployed, resulting in the suspect being taken to Bluewater Health for a serious arm injury.
The SIU is called when police officers are involved in an incident where someone has been seriously injured, dies or alleges sexual assault.
