Officials closed Perth-Oxford Road in both directions east of Tavistock for several hours Friday, following a serious crash involving two motorcyclists.
Oxford County OPP and emergency crews were called to the stretch of roadway in East Zorra-Tavistock Township Friday morning at 16th Line.
Two motorcyclist are said to be involved and one person's injuries are reported to be serious while the other suffered minor injuries.
According to Perth County EMS, one person was taken to a nearby trauma centre while another was taken to a Stratford hospital. Both are listed in stable condition.
Perth-Oxford Road was closed from 15th to 17th Line and 16th Line was closed from Perth-Oxford Road and Maplewood Side Road for several hours but both have since reopened.
An investigation into the cause of the collision continues.
