OPP are investigating a fatal crash on Medway Road just west of Richmond Street.
One person has died as a result of the collision.
Police were called to the scene around 12:30 p.m. on Monday.
Const. Adam Crewdson says an eastbound concrete mixer and a westbound four-door vehicle were involved.
The red four-door vehicle reportedly crossed into the oncoming lanes and collided with the cement truck.
A lone male, middle-aged male died at the scene. No name is being released pending notification of next of kin.
Crewdson says road and weather conditions were not a factor in the collision.
Medway is closed in both directions from Richmond to Wonderland Road as the investigation continues and is expected to remain closed through the Monday evening rush hour.
