Sarnia police now say a man found at the intersection of Vidal Street S. and Clifford Street with an ATV nearby was intentionally killed.

Police have now charged a man arrested Saturday around 8 a.m. in connection with the death of 42-year-old Raynold Fisher of Sarnia.

Police were called to the scene of a single-vehicle ATV crash at 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday. They said at the time that a man was ejected from the vehicle.

Fisher was airlifted to a London hospital and died 24 hours later.

Police say that 41-year-old Marshall Jay Scott Maness from Sarnia has been charged with first degree murder and remains in custody.
