Sarnia police are investigating another animal cruelty case, where a cat was shot with a pellet gun.
Investigators say sometime between July 11 and 12, a cat was shot in the face in the area of Lansdowne Avenue and Devine Street in Sarnia.
The cat was taken to a local veterinarian, who treated the feline and removed the pellet.
This is the second cat shooting this year. In February, a man was charged for allegedly shooting a cat 17 times in the head.
Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
