Kids can get their pictures taken with Santa Claus as the Jolly Elf will be setting up a house in Victoria Park this year.

All proceeds generated by the sale of photos will support the Teresina Larizza Charities (TLC) Foundation.

TLC works to provide support for children facing health problems, especially for those in hospital. The foundation expects that Christmas gifts will be given to more than 700 less fortunate children this year.

Photographs with Santa are available through donation. Organizers say no one will be turned away and whatever people can afford will be gladly accepted.

Construction on Santa’s house began Monday, and Santa himself is set to arrive on Nov. 27 after the Lighting of the Lights.

He will be available for photos every day from 1-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. until Dec. 23 when he’ll have to head back the North Pole.
