We have a winner -- a single winning ticket for the $55-million grand prize in Friday night's Lotto Max draw was sold somewhere in Quebec.
It's the second largest lottery jackpot in Canadian history.
The largest -- the Lotto 6-49 draw of Apr. 13, 2013 -- had a jackpot of $63.4-million, and there were four winning tickets, each worth $15.9-million.
Thirty MaxMillions prizes of $1-million each were available in Friday night's Lotto Max draw, and there are winning tickets for 10 of them.
A ticket for the Lotto Max second prize, worth $493,601.50 was sold in London.
The jackpot for next Friday's Lotto Max draw on July 24th will be approximately $30-million.
