A man is dead after a pedestrian was struck by a VIA Rail train Friday night near St. Marys.
Emergency personnel were called to Perth Line 14 and Perth Road 125 around 8:45 p.m. and found a deceased man.
OPP say the death is not suspicious and foul play is not suspected.
The investigation continues with the chief coroner involved.
