A 51-year-old tractor driver from Petrolia has been charged after a fatal crash over a month ago.
John Lennan has been charged with causing death by criminal negligence.
Lambton County OPP say the charge is related to a collision that occurred in the eastbound lane of Petrolia Line between Mandaumin Road and Fairweather Road, west of Petrolia around 5:30 a.m. on Nov. 14.
Investigators say a Volkswagen struck the back of a farm tractor with a trailer.
The driver of the car, 45-year-old Craig Moffat from Petrolia, was killed, say police.
Lennan has a Sarnia court date of Jan. 26, 2015
