OPP in South Bruce County are investigating a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Saturday, June 18th, just after the noon hour.

It happened on Highway 9 in Kincardine Township. Officers arrived with Bruce County paramedics to find a silver minivan was involved in the crash. The pedestrian was taken by air ambulance to a London hospital with life threatening injuries.

The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation unit is assisting the South Bruce OPP. Highway 9 between Bervie Side Road and Side Road 30 North was closed for the protection of emergency responders while they investigate.
