You’ll pay to park at Sauble Beach this summer.

South Bruce Peninsula council has set parking rates at three dollars an hour and $12 for the day.

Tourists can purchase a summer pass for $100, while Sauble Beach homeowners can park for $25.

The on again, off again parking situation is back on following much debate.

The new town council decided they needed to charge for parking again to help pay for the $300,000 it costs for beach upkeep.

Parking kiosks will be in place in time for the May 24th weekend.
