Owen Sound Police are investigating a serious early morning assault in the downtown core.
Shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to the parking lot behind the Roxy Theatre.
The victim had been befriended by two male suspects while playing pool at the Coach Inn.
The trio left the Coach Inn to go to another bar.
While on route, the victim was knocked to the ground and kicked in the face by the suspects.
The 32 year old victim was transported to hospital for medical treatment of facial injuries sustained during the assault.
