Ontario Provincial Police are hoping the anniversary of a double homicide will lead to new leads in the unsolved case.
On February 2nd, 1999 firefighters responded to an early morning house fire in Elgin County.
Inside, they found the bodies of dairy farmer Roger Smith, and his common-law wife, Wendy Haveron.
A $50, 000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case was approved in 2009 and remains active.
