Oxford County OPP officers have concluded their investigation into the death of 31-year-old Jessica Rowe of Blandford Blenheim Township.
Police say they have ruled out foul play in this incident, as a result of the post-mortem examination and evidence obtained.
The investigation began when Rowe’s body was discovered unresponsive in a vehicle on Canning Road on Aug. 6, 2016.
Detectives from the west region crime unit under the direction of OPP Detective Inspector Randy Wright of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) began their investigation into the circumstances of the death.
On Aug. 9 a post-mortem examination was conducted at the Office of the Chief Coroner and Ontario Forensic Pathology Service in Toronto.
