The driver of a pickup truck was killed after crashing into a bridge near Huron Park Tuesday morning.
Huron County OPP have identified the man as Jerry Morley, 62, from North Middlesex.
OPP and emergency personnel were called to the single motor vehicle collision on Mount Carmel Drive between Parr Line and Ausable Line around 2:45 a.m.
Police say Morley was driving of a Ford F-150 pickup truck and was travelling eastbound on Mount Carmel Drive when, for unknown reasons, he left the roadway and struck the concrete bridge on the north side of the road.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post-mortem examination is scheduled to take place in London on Wednesday.
The roadway is now open.
