Grey County OPP and the Ontario Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a fatal fire at Maple Grove Village Trailer Park on Wednesday morning.
Provincial police were called for reports of a structure fire at the park on Highway 89 west of Shelburne in the Township of Southgate around 4:15 a.m.
A mobile home was found engulfed in flames and the Dundalk Fire Department was called in to put out the fire.
The lone male occupant of the trailer was found dead.
A post mortem has been scheduled for Thursday in London.
The cause of the fire remains unknown and investigators remained at the scene for much of the day.
