A shooting in the Old East Village has resulted in four arrests and numerous charges.

On Saturday, around 2:30 pm, London Police responded to a home in the area of Adelaide Street North and Queens Avenue for a report of a shooting.

Once on scene, police found a man suffering from a gun shot wound with non-life threatening injuries.

He has been treated and released from hospital.

The subsequent investigation led police to a search warrant at an address on Kipps Lane Sunday evening.

Inside, police say they found a shotgun, ammunition and crystal meth.

Four people from London have now been charged with various drug and weapons offenses.

They include Micheal Burgess, 29, Fernene Tordoff, 40, Barry Sambell, 58, and Mark Russell.

The Major Crime Section is continuing to investigate.
