Middlesex OPP say no charges will be laid following a fatal motorcycle crash in Dorchester earlier this month.
Police were called to Catherine Street just after 1:30 p.m. on April 19 after a westbound Kawasaki motorcylce collided with an eastbound Jeep.
The motorcycle driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The deceased is Paul D'Andrea, 30, of Thames Centre.
The 45-year-old woman driving the Jeep sustained non life-threatening injuries.
She was treated and released from hospital.
Police say speed and driver error led to the crash.
