Oxford County OPP say no charges will be laid after a teenage girl was seriously hurt after being hit by a truck Wednesday.
It happened around 11:05 a.m. at Wellington Street and Concession Street near Memorial Park in Ingersoll.
The girl was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries where she remains in critical condition.
OPP originally could not identify the girl, but were able to after a plea to the public through the media.
