THORNBURY, Ont. - OPP officers from the Collingwood detachment are investigating a fatal fire in Thornbury.
Police, firefighters and paramedics were called out to a fire in an apartment in a house on Bruce Street Saturday morning.
The paramedics provided aid to the lone female occupant of the apartment, who was later pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim is identified as 19-year-old Taryn Hill of Thornbury.
The Fire Marshall's office says the fire is not suspicious.
A post mortem will be conducted this week to confirm the cause of death.
