A Toronto woman is facing two dozen charges in connection with alleged fraud at numerous Home Depot stores in central Ontario.

Halton regional police say a suspect was arrested in the parking lot of a Burlington Home Depot Tuesday after allegations that a woman had made a fraudulent purchase and was leaving the store.

Investigators say similar incidents have occurred at Home Depots across the Greater Toronto Area, including in Richmond Hill, Oakville and Milton, as well as in London.

Nicole Rouse faces 24 charges, including multiple counts of personation and fraud over $5,000.
