Power was knocked out Tuesday morning after a snow plow crashed into a hydro pole near Arva.
Middlesex County OPP say the single-vehicle crash happened at 10:04 a.m. at the intersection of Richmond Street and 8 Mile Road.
A snow plow was traveling westbound on 8 Mile Road and turned northbound onto Richmond Street, when it struck a hydro pole on the north east corner of the intersection, say police.
There were no reported injuries.
The hydro pole was damaged, hydro wires are down, and there is a reported power outage in the area.
The Hydro One website said power would be restored by about 1:15 p.m.
