OPP are asking for the public’s help finding a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of his breach of parole.
Michael Kim is described as a Southeast Asian male, 25 years old, 5’5” tall, 150 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
He has a tattoo on the left side of his neck with the words “Time is Money,” and tattoos of a religious symbol on his left upper arm, and a crown on his right forearm.
He is serving a two year and two month sentence for assault causing bodily harm, three counts of break and enter and theft, and fail to comply with probation order.
He is known to frequent the Kingston, Toronto, London and Windsor areas.
