London police have discovered the body of missing Western student Noah Kishinevsky in his vehicle at a London parking garage.
He was found inside his 2011 Volkswagen Jetta, which was located in the parking garage of an apartment building on Wonderland South on Monday afternoon.
Emergency crews were at the building overnight, dealing with what they describe as a “hazardous substance” inside the car.
Kishinevsky, 19, went missing Saturday after he did not meet up with friends in downtown London as promised.
Family and friends have been posting messages of condolence online for Kishinevsky.
Police say no foul play is suspected.
