London police have identified a man who was hit with an arrow early Tuesday morning and later died.

Shortly before 1 a.m. police and EMS responded to an address on Arbour Glen Crescent after a 911 caller reported that a man had been hit by an arrow.

Hewas taken to hospital where he later died.

Police have since identified him as Brian Peter Maksoud, 46, of London.

On Wednesday afternoon, police confirmed that his death has been ruled as a homicide. It is the second in the city for 2019.

Police have not made any arrests but the investigation continues and anyone with information is asked to contact them.

Anyone who had contact with Maksoud between Feb. 3 and 5 is also urged to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
