A man who suffered life-threatening injuries following a crash in the Houghton area of Norfolk County has died from his injuries, according to provincial police.
William Lamb, 39, of Bayham, Ont. was pronounced dead in hospital on Wednesday evening.
Norfolk County OPP were called to a North Road, Houghton address for a collision involving a motorcyclist around 5:20 p.m. on Tuesday.
Investigators say Lamb was northbound on North Road on a 1983 red Honda off-road motorcycle when the crash happened.
A grey 2013 Volkswagen was reportedly travelling southbound when it turned eastbound into the driveway of a residence. The motorcycle collided with the motor vehicle ejecting the rider.
Lamb was transported to the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital and then subsequently transported to a London Health Sciences Hospital with life threatening injuries and has since died.
The investigation is continuing.
