London Police are investigating a single motor vehicle collision that has left one person dead.
Officers were called to 695 Proudfoot Lane around 12:15 Sunday afternoon.
A red SUV was travelling southbound when it left the roadway and struck a tree.
The driver, a 75 year old man, was taken to hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
A female passenger was uninjured.
The cause of the collision the man's death are still under investigation.
Proudfoot Lane will be closed between Farrah Road and Horizon Drive for several hours as the investigation continues.
