A 41-year-old man has been charged after allegedly exposing himself to a 10-year-old girl at a St. Thomas coffee shop over the weekend.
Police say they were called to a Tim Horton’s at 280 Elm Street around 6 p.m. on Sunday after reports a man had exposed himself.
The suspect had apparently been watching the child inside the shop and then exposed himself through a window from outside when he went out to smoke.
He was described as a man in his 40s, about 5’8” tall with scruffy light brown and grey facial hair.
On Wednesday police arrested Edmund Vaughan, who has been charged with one count of committing an indecent act.
St. Thomas police say they believe there may be other victims and are asking anyone with information to contact them at 519-631-1224 Ext. 154.
