London police have arrested a man arrested for allegedly breaking into the Hamilton Road Beer Store.
Police were called to the store around 12:20 a.m. Monday.
Witnesses say they saw a man flee the building with stolen merchandise.
Police located the suspect a short time later and gave a false name during the arrest.
A 33-year-old London man is charged with break and enter and theft, fail to comply with recognizance and public mischief divert suspicion from self or cause another to be suspected.
