Lambton OPP says a man has been arrested after allegedly showing up at two residential addresses brandishing a knife.

According to police, officers responded to a call early Tuesday morning on Main Street in Forest. While attending to this call, a second was made at a home on Broadway Street; officers immediately responded.

Upon arriving, police says a 34-year-old Kettle Point man was placed under arrest. OPP says two knives were found at the second scene.

OPP says the man is in custody, charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. He will appear in a Sarnia court Tuesday for a bail hearing.
