Man and woman charged following armed robbery in Exeter: OPP

Two people are facing charges following a robbery in Exeter on Saturday.

According to police, on Saturday afternoon just after 1:00 p.m., the pair entered a residence on Carling Street and assaulted and stole money from the people inside.

The victims identified the suspects – a 32-year-old man and 47-year-old woman face several charges including robbery with a weapon, assault, mischief or damage to property, unauthorized possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

Police are asking anyone with information on the incident to come forward.
