LONDON, Ont. -- A standoff in London on Sunday ended peacefully.
London police say a man had barricaded himself in a home late Sunday morning and refused to come out.
London officers had been contacted by Ontario Provincial Police who wanted assistance in dealing with the man.
The London force deployed its emergency response team and negotiators who managed to persuade the man to come out peacefully.
The man was alone in the house and he is now in custody on outstanding charges.
