Overnight parking restrictions in the City of London will be lifted for the summer as of Friday.

Vehicles will be allowed on all city streets, except those identified by signs as being enforced or where parking is otherwise prohibited or restricted.

The annual easing of restrictions ends after the Labour Day long weekend on Sept. 7th.

However, it does not apply to commercial vehicles, mobile homes or trailers.

The city bylaw allows vehicles on streets for up to 12 hours at a time.
